Boundaries – don’t keep other people outside, they fence you in!
is a contemporary dance performance. The dancers and the choreographer have been searching for the borders of their dancing language. A flamenco-, two traditional ballet- and two modern dancers have reached their own dance language through different improvisation techniques. In the first place strengthened by escaping the limited borders, defied gradually by the possibility to do this.
The performance exists out of two parts. In the first part a choreography develops through mutual influence, the need to communicate and the seduction to participate with the game. In the Second part it is the DJ Charles Michel who is in charge and defies the dancers to give up their new acquired certainty.
